Meet the Owner

Mark Morris aka DJ Mack Morris loves making clients smile on their big day.

His passion for music began in 5th grade band as a drummer, but things really took off when his mom asked him to DJ his little sister’s birthday using rented equipment. Soon, her friends were booking him too and a career was born. Since then, Mark has played for crowds of up to 7,000 at major events like the Kawasaki Gaslamp Takeover in San Diego and performed at a San Francisco Giants game at just 20 years old.

Born and raised in Chico, Mark takes pride in giving back through events like Enloe Hospital fundraisers and Walk for Cancer. He also runs Elite Sound Professional DJs, a local company offering professional services for weddings, school dances, and private events. His love for music now includes teaching DJ courses at Core Butte Charter School.

Mark earned a degree in Entertainment Entrepreneurship from Chico State, where he built a custom program to support his goals in music, entertainment and business. His favorite genre is 90's hip-hop, but he tailors every set to match the energy of the crowd.

When he’s not behind the decks, Mark enjoys time with his pug, Princeton, and exploring local food spots like Crush, Momona, and The Banshee.
